這是電源供應器的測試軟體，電源是電腦中所有元件的動力，其性能的好壞直接關係著系統的穩定，劣質的電源通常是導致系統多發問題的原因，OCCT 它可用來檢查系統電源穩定性以及在滿負荷下CPU和電腦主機板晶片的溫度，以測試電腦是否能夠超頻。而且，OCCT 內建即時監控引擎，以圖形顯示電腦的溫度、電壓、風扇速度，還可以防止電腦過熱，到達溫度設定時自動停止測試並顯示警告。

OCCT comes from "OverClock Checking Tool". Here is a list of its features :
